One of the Community Arts Partnership's primary goals is to get funds into the hands of artists and arts organizations for programs and projects that will enrich Tompkins County's already vibrant arts community. 

The grants listed not only provide seed money for those programs, they also offer artists and organizations the opportunity to develop plans and budgets that will make their projects easier to replicate in the future.

2015 SOS Tompkins (Specific Opportunity Stipends)

Specific Opportunity Stipends (SOS Tompkins) allow artists to apply for funding for specific career opportunities. Grants are available from $100 to $1,000.  The next deadline is Friday, October 16th. (There are two deadlines each year: one in April and one in October.)read more »

Grants for Arts Programs (GAP Grants)

Grants for Arts Programs (GAP) are for not-for-profit organizations, (or for individuals or small groups applying through a sponsor), and make funds available throughout the County to libraries, arts organizations, towns, villages, community centers and the like for professional arts and cultural projects.
