The registry is meant to create opportunities for collaboration among our artists, and to provide marketing for the community of artists as a whole. Going beyond a mere "slide guide" for the 21st century, the registry is here to create a central, online connection point for our artists and for their potential employers (e.g. collectors looking for their next "find," theaters looking for actors, authors seeking illustrators, visitors on the hunt for local work, schools searching for teaching artists, or families in need of portrait artists).
