Ticket Center Fees:

It is an integral part of the mission at the Ticket Center at Clinton House to keep costs down for both arts organizations and patrons and to offer greater accessibility to the arts for all.  As part of this goal, the Ticket Center has shifted its fee structure to a patron based fee system, allowing organizations to keep their gross ticket sales, while the Ticket Center can cover its operating expenses.

In order to register with the Ticket Center, organizations and/or promoters pay a yearly (or one time, depending on usage) registration fee based on the organization's budget. These fees typically range from $35-$150, again depending on the size of the organization, its budget and its usage of the Ticket Center's services.

In addition to the registration fee, the Ticket Center utilizes a patron based fee structure. These fees are in addition to already existing fees (i.e. internet purchases and phone sales).  Those service fees are:
$1 on all single tickets $10.01 and below
$2 for all single tickets $10.02 and over

So, if your tickets cost $8.00, patrons purchasing them at the Ticket Center will pay $9.00.  If your tickets cost $12.00, patrons purchasing tickets at the Ticket Center will pay $14.00.

The only cost incurred by the organization or promoter is the cost of registration and any credit card service fees. Please see the contract for more information or contact Jennifer Brown, Director of Ticketing Services at 607.273.5072 ext. 4.
