Artists Wanted! Area Calls for Art...

February 4th, 2010

Brush Image: Simon Howden / FreeDigitalPhotos.netIt could be the need to pull through the doldrums of late winter in Central New York or just a happy coincidence of planning among a myriad of exhibiting organizations, but whatever the reason, there are currently a handful of opportunities for Tompkins County area artists to submit their work for inclusion in art shows at a variety of venues in the region.

I've listed six below, in order of due date for submissions. If I've missed one, please let us know, and we'll add it here and on our monthly ArtsLetter's "Calls for Art" column.

Good luck to all our artists!
