I'm listing books that have been recommended by both NYFA and many many artists. Feel free to make some recommendations! The first two are highly recommended for visual artists.
"The Artist's Guide", How to Make a Living Doing What you Love", by Jackie Battenfield (geared mostly towards visual artists but quite a bit of useful information for all.)
