As a child, I enjoyed taking mechanical things apart and putting them back together...just not in their original form. Today, I enjoy breaking tiles and china and putting them back together, again, not in their original form. I find almost equal pleasure in searching the marketplace for new materials as I do in using these materials in my work.
I am a member of the Society of American Mosaic Artists, giving me access to a plethora of ideas and technical information that has helped me to advance my creativity and skills as a Mosaicist.
